At Interactive Gateway Australia we understand the importance of being able to obtain speedy and helpful I.T. skills when you need it most. Our technicians are generally able to respond to support requests for on-site assistance within only a few short hours.
We offer contractual arrangements for clients who prefer to purchase a block of hours in a specific timeframe. For example, you may wish to purchase a yearly support contract which includes 5 hours on-site per month paid for in advance. We are also able to cater for annual or bi-annual payment terms.
Other options simply include an 'on-call' service where by the client contacts us when assistance is required and a technician will be made available to you, onsite within a short space of time.
